- The supply, installation, commissioning, ongoing service and maintenance, software updates, training and consumables for one (1) TEM;
- The decommissioning and removal of the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) prior to installation of the new TEM instrument, as part of the installation process; and
- Optional removal and disposal of two (2) previously decommissioned TEMs.
