Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment wishes to invite suitably qualified providers of external dispute resolution services to apply to be the provider of a new single dispute resolution scheme for resolving certain disputes in the New Zealand grocery industry. The scheme is to be established under the Grocery Industry Competition Act 2023.

Applicants are encouraged to indicate their interest by 2pm Friday 28 July 2023.

The deadline for receiving applications is by 2pm Friday, 18 August 2023
