Tender Description

Mosman Council (Council) calls for Expression of Interest (EOI) from appropriately experienced and capable contractors/trade persons to establish a list of panel contractors for works in the Mosman Local Government Area (LGA).

From time to time, Contractors/trade persons may be required to undertake small works during normal hours or on a call out/out of hours basis. Works include but are not limited to:

  • Plumbing services
  • Electrical services
  • Miscellaneous works related to Civil Infrastructure Assets
  • Fencing Works (wooden and steel)
  • Water leak detection and repairs
  • Handyman Services
  • Carpentry
  • Signage installation
  • Painting
  • Window cleaning
  • Roofing and Guttering Services
  • Miscellaneous Property Maintenance Works
  • HVAC and Mechanical Services and Repairs
  • Minor Building Services (less than $25K)
  • Glazing
  • Locksmith Services
