Tender Description
The Department for Environment and Water (DEW) is seeking to procure a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to provide design and construction works for the replacement of the visitor information centre at Cape Willoughby, Kangaroo Island. The visitor centre will incorporate tourism office space, a small café and incorporation with a re-envisioned carpark area. The construction will include electrical, water reticulation, wastewater, stormwater and other works necessary to complete the works.
