Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Works Contractor for the works identified in these Tender Documents ('Proposed Contract').

The work to Gosford City Carpark includes the repair and remediation of key elements to the Gosford City Carpark as it has several major, moderate, and minor defects that would significantly reduce the remaining life of the building if not repaired and remediated.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
