Tender Description
Council is seeking a fixed price quotation for the following works for Construction, supply, installation, and maintenance of all works detailed and/or specified within the Contract documents including any ancillary works required to achieve the true intent and purpose of the work.
Briefly, the works include, but are not limited to:
* Temporary Site fencing for the duration of the contract,
* Install, commission and maintain erosion and sedimentation control devices
* Bulk and detailed earthworks
* Demolition works including, removal of the existing playground, edging, and associated works to prepare the site for construction
* Survey setout and works as executed plans.
* Construction of insitu concrete ramp
* Construction of concrete pavements
* Installation of all electrical works including Barbecue
* Installation of Grillex furniture items including seats, picnic settings and shelters,
(Supplied by Council)
* Supply in Installation of bubblers including water supply and drainage connection to a garden area
* Supply & installation of concrete and spade edging
* Supply & installation of in situ rubber and organic softfall surfaces with compliant fallzone underlay
* Installation of Austek Play playground equipment (Supplied by Council)
* Relocation of existing shade structure within the site
* Supply and installation of mulching, planting & turfing
* Spreading of imported mulch
* Maintenance of works throughout the contact period.
Contractors can submit pricing for all or some of the separable portions. Council reserves the right to proceed with all or some of the separable portions.
