Maitland City Council (MCC) invites you to respond to their Request for Information (RFQ) for the supply of Water Quality- Sub catchment evaluation consultancy as detailed in Project Brief (02 Project Brief water quality) .
To complete the RFQ pack will consist of the following documentation:
(a) RFQ Invitation Letter (01 RFQ invitation letter Letter.docx),
(b) Project Brief (02 Project Brief)
(c) Acknowledgement form (03 MCC Quotation Acknowledgement Form
(d) Draft Minor Services Contract (04 MCC-Pro Forma Minor Services Agreement),
(e) Register of Contract Deviations (05 Register of Contract Deviations);
(f) Pricing Schedule (MS Excel Spreadsheets) 06 Pricing File.xls,
Instructions to Populate Response Documentation
Please carefully read the draft Minor Services Contract combined with the Services Contract General Terms and review all the required information. Any content that the Respondent cannot accept must be tabled within "05 Register of Contract Deviations" form and provided in the return submission to MCC.
The Respondent must submit its pricing offer by way of completing the MS-Excel Spreadsheets (06 Pricing Schedules) provided within the RFQ. Please populate all required information in the Spreadsheet and retain and submit the pricing file in its native format i.e. Excel spreadsheet.
The Respondents offer, including all accompanying documentation, must be submitted via the Portal.
Respondents are requested to provide detailed submissions showing clearly to MCC the proposed methodology, resourcing requirements, limitations and pricing that meets the Coastal Management Manual. Respondents are discouraged to provide to MCC submissions which merely duplicate wording provided to them in the Project Brief. Respondents who do provide this instead of a detailed solution will be marked down on the project evaluation.
RFQ Timing
The RFQ will be issued on Friday 7th July 2023 via the Portal and close at 2.00pm on Monday 31 July 2023.
Respondent Questions
Should the Respondent have any questions during the RFQ process, these must be submitted in writing via the "- Online Forum". MCC will respond to the question through the same channel to ensure each party receives the same information.
