The WPCA requires the services of a wastewater management contractor to facilitate ongoing operation of interim wastewater infrastructure solutions within the Bradfield City Centre precinct until the installation and commissioning of permanent infrastructure from Sydney Water in 2026 as part of its investment in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis Growth Area.

The immediate need for services is the management of wastewater load requirements for the AMRF or ‘First Building’ in the Bradfield City Centre as prescribed in the Interim Operating Procedure First Building report (Attachment A) from early 2024 until 2026.
