Tender Description

The Wattle Range Council is seeking a tenderer to design and construct a renewal and upgrade of the depot workshop shed in North West Terrace Beachport, SA 5280.

The scope of work in this contract includes:

Design and construction of a 6m x 18m lean-to connecting to the existing shed in Beachport Works Depot.
Reclad of existing main shed, 8m (w) x 18m (L) x 4m (H)
Complete all works specified within a $250,000 allocated budget.
Develop design documentation and apply for Development, wastewater, and Building Approval.
Perform all activities associated with this project in accordance with Council’s policies and procedures and within the timeframes negotiated with the Council.

A briefing session will be held at North West Terrance, Beachport, South Australia, Australia, 5280 on 11:00 am 18 July 2023.
