⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland-Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a bishop.

ABOUT THE EOI: The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the alterations and additions to accommodate upgrades to the primary-aged student's playground areas.

In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.

ENQUIRIES: All enquiries should be directed via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: EOI submissions close at 3:00 pm AEST on Friday 28th July 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept any submission or all or any part of an EOI submission and reserves the right to conduct the Expression of Interest process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
