Tender Description
This Tender is for the provision of construction services for the Tahmoor Sports Complex Stage Two Fields and associated areas.
The works include demolition of the existing site, bulk excavations and leveling, cricket and soccer fields construction and marking, sub-surface drainage, field irrigation, 100lux LED flood lighting, 1.2m high perimeter fencing, 6.0m high screen fencing, landscaping, turf cricket-wicket and synthetic pitch construction and associated works.
The works also include the new car parking to the site which includes drainage and lighting infrastructure, kerb and gutter works, asphalt surfacing, line marking, landscaping, and all associated car park works.
The Tahmoor Sports Complex Stage Two Fields and associated areas works consist of two design options (Option 2 and Option 3) and a car park to be individually priced on the three separate pricing schedules provided for each of the options to be submitted.
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed, and experienced Tenderers only for the procurement of the works and services above.
The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.
