Council is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the upgrade of the Building Management System (BMS) to Redleaf Council Chambers.

The works include the design, supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, documentation, client training, Defect Liability Period (DLP) service, and warranty maintenance of a new Niagara Web based graphical BMS, and the replacement of all existing (Innotech) Direct Digital Controls (DDC) controllers.

A pre-quotation meeting will be held at: Redleaf Council Chambers – 536 New South Head Road, Double Bay, NSW 2028 on Friday 14 July 2023 commencing at 10:30am AET.
