Enquires and Clarifications:

Inquiries should be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff will not respond to verbal inquiries in relation to the proposal. The Tenderer shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the Private Question method in the Online Forum tool. The University shall respond to the clarifications or questions by uploading a Clarification Request Document/Template/Register as an Addendum. Unless the response contains confidential or private information, each question, clarification and reply will be posted publicly to all Tenderers.

Note: UNLESS STATED, NO ATTACHMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED, YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE INCLUDED WITHIN ITEM 1, THE RFT RESPONSE FORM. THE FORMAT, ORDER, CALCULATIONS OR FILE TYPE MUST NOT BE ALTERED.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The University of South Australia is not bound by the lowest priced Quotation/Tender, or, all or any part of a Quotation/Tender and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must be fully received by the Closing Time. Please allow sufficient time to upload your response and finalise your submission.
