Moranbah Community Centre - Disposal of Chattels

⁠⁠⁠Isaac Regional Council is committed to the successful delivery of the Moranbah Community Centre Revitalisation Project, proudly funded by the Resources Community Infrastructure Fund in association with Isaac Regional Council. The fund was established by a voluntary partnership between the Queensland Government and the resources industry through the Queensland Resources Council.

Due to the comprehensive nature of the project’s evaluation process, the closure for the Moranbah Community Centre was Thursday, 20 June 2023 to enable preparations for construction to commence and is expected to take 12 months to complete.

Isaac Regional Council (IRC) has the following items which are surplus to requirements. These items may have a residual value and are therefore to be offered for sale to the public via an Invitation to Tender. The Tender process has been adopted to ensure that the disposal of these items is conducted in an open, transparent, and fair manner.

The items listed are used/second hand and are therefore, offered for sale in the condition and state by which they currently exist on an as-is, where-is basis.

In submitting a tender response, you are responsible for making your own enquiries and inspections of the item/s.

SITE LOCATION

The Items are held securely at the Moranbah Community Centre and are available to be viewed on site on the following dates -

• Wednesday 5 July 2023 – 10:00am – 2:00pm

• Thursday 6 July 2023 – 10:00am – 2:00pm

• Friday 7 July 2023 – 10:00am – 2:00pm

Items are to be paid for at the Council Office located at Batchelor Parade Moranbah before they can be collected on presentation of the paid receipt at the Moranbah Community Centre. Council requires the items to be collected by no later than, 5.00pm Monday, 31 July 2023.
