- Nambucca Valley
- MidCoast Council
Engagement is on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2025 with provision for a 12-month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the General Conditions of Contract.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
