⁠⁠⁠The Council of the Queensland Institute of Medical Research is seeking Proposals for the supply of Research Approvals and Compliance System.

This system will support the preparation, review, approval, modification, monitoring and tracking of research project governance from project initiation to project close, will be the tool that provides pre-determined workflows and information management repositories that capture and store project data so that the Institute is able to meet its regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities and will systematize the policies, procedures and processes that the Institute dictates in order to meet human and animal ethic guidelines, safety protocols and standard practice level guidelines.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

Systimised workflow for managing the ethics approvals for animal and human research projects,
Systimised workflow for managing the safety approvals for all projects and experiments.
Data management and reporting at a project, lab and institute level.
Records of all interaction leading up to project approval and changes post approval.
Facility to record compliance against conditions approved within the project.
It does not include functions outside of the research approval and compliance scope.
