The Department of Transport and Main Roads, North Coast Region, are seeking expressions of interest for project delivery of upcoming Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangement (DRFA) restoration works.

Project Value:

$30m & 40m (Estimate)

Schedule:

• Tenders are anticipated to open mid-August 2023
• Target date for completion of physical works by end June 2024.

Project scope is under finalisation but includes 30 major sites and 200 minor sites.

Major sites include several design variations such as:

• Shotcrete to batter slopes
• Soil nails to batter slopes
• Retaining structures to support road pavement
• Pile walls to support embankment
• Rock batters

Minor sites include;

• Scaling of batter slopes
• Mesh and topsoiling of batter slopes
• Drainage profiling
• Culvert reconstruction
• Minor pavement repairs
• Pavement shoulder repairs
