Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Redland City Council (RCC) requires a main/head Contractor for the supply, design, construction and handover of a 9m x 3m office and staff lunchroom building (demountable/prefabricated style) to be located at the Dunwich Wastewater Treatment Plan (WWTP) located at Dunwich, North Stradbroke Island.

Major deliverables are:

• Supply all material for the demountable/prefabricated style office building, including transport to the site at Ballow St, North Stradbroke Island.

• Design and Construction of the building with suitable foundations.

• Internal partitioning planned to Council staff requirements to create space for office desk, kitchenette, toilet, shower, and laundry space created for moving existing clothes washing and drying machines. A guideline sketch has been provided under Figure 2.

• Enable the building with power, hot and cold-water plumbing, wastewater drainage, internet/communications and also install an air conditioner (all services can be accessed from the current site facilities).

• Seeking all building approvals and inspections as per the applicable codes/standards and Council approvals.

• Provide RCC with all handover documents including compliance and occupancy certificates, enabling building occupation.
