Council is seeking to secure a suitable organization (s) to lease/license or manage all three activities within the premises of Deep Creek Golf Course and its building including:

• 18-hole golf course, driving range, and pro shop
• cafe, bistro, and bar, with commercial kitchen and outdoor dining space
• multipurpose function rooms

Council is open to Proposals for a Tenant to run all three activities or for two or three separate Tenants and would therefore accept Proposals for each activity separately. Council would look favourably on a Tenant that can run all of the activities as one operation. However, operators of one activity will not be disadvantaged and Council is open to matching operators of individual activities to provide overall management of the premises.

Council welcomes Proposals from commercial operators, community service organisation or social enterprise operators.
