Scope

Grinding balls are used in the refining process at RTA Yarwun to crush bauxite.

This scope of work is for the manufacture and supply of 50mm and 65mm grinding balls to the Yarwun Refinery, located in Gladstone, Central Queensland

Specifications:

Sizes - 50mm and 65mm

Metallurgical composition:

Carbon 0.75-1.0

Manganese 0.70-1.10

Chromium 0.40-0.70
