Wollondilly Shire Council are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified, licensed and experienced Construction contractors for the procurement of the proposed works and services as outlined below.
This Tender is for the upgrade and enhancement of the existing park at Old Menangle School site to provide a diverse range of passive recreation opportunities to provide new landscaping, playground / nature play areas, community outdoor kitchen / BBQ & shelter facilities, new amenities building, upgrade of the old school building / new addition, accessible pathways and new carpark.
