External Preventative Maintenance Program

In order for Port Stephens Council (Council) to successfully complete its external maintenance program it requires the services of a specialist service provider with the capacity and expertise to provide the Council with a cyclic cleaning, rust prevention & painting program.

Following the assessment of tender submissions, Council will award a service provider who satisfies the requirements of this specification and the Contract documents, and who is offering to provide the services specified within the schedule of rates.

The Contract period is for a five (5) year period.. All pricing shall remain fixed for the initial twenty-four months (24) months of the Contract.
