ROI: Housing for the Elderly: Community Housing Provider

⁠⁠⁠TDC is investigating the marketplace for appropriate CHP or not-for-profit Trusts that can partner with TDC to deliver integrated wrap-around support services for tenants in TDC’s Housing for the Elderly. In addition to this, TDC is interested in working with potential CHPs or Trusts to increase both the scope and capacity of our Housing for the Elderly service within the Taupō District, through acquiring and/or developing new housing stock fit for this purpose.

TDC wants to ensure that good quality, healthy, affordable, and appropriately located housing options are available for the elderly in the Taupō District that meet modern living standards and delivers the best value for money on the above.
