The purpose of this Invitation for Registration is to provide the opportunity for bona fide Interested Parties to register for the receipt of Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation for the Cargo Community System (CCS) to support the air cargo community at Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport.

WSI aims to procure an existing and proven solution with the following capabilities:

• Landside management (ensuring driver & vehicle compliance, dynamically allocate and re-allocate delivery and pick-up slots across the WSA CP cargo terminals)

• Airside management (allocate GSE equipment slots based on freighter aircraft arrival and departure times)

• ULD management (accept bookings, movement requests etc. from airlines & CTOs, digital inspection of ULDs)

• Community data analytics, reporting and insights - based on IATA standardised messaging (to provide reports and dashboards of anonymised data to WSA Cargo Community partners, individualised analysis, and reporting to cargo partners)

• Revenue management (integrate with WSI’s financial billing system to collect charges for CCS services)

WSA Co Limited defines a CCS as a neutral platform with data sharing capabilities using standardised IATA messaging between supply chain partners and their systems.

The procurement of the Cargo Community System will be a two-stage competitive process consisting of:

1. This Open Registration of Interest stage

2. A Request for Proposal stage, including Interactive Sessions.
