Council is seeking persons/organisations interested in undertaking the operation of the Smithton Senior Citizens Centre via sale of land and assets. Council is open to suggestions in relation to how this arrangement might be conducted but seeks: -

• value for money in any sale (based upon market valuation) and;
• seeks the continuation of the existing community use. 

Expressions of Interest shall be provided to Council by Wednesday 19 July 2023 via either;

• Hard copy submission either delivered in person to Council Chambers 33 Goldie Street, Smithton or, posted to PO Box 348 Smithton TAS 7330 and clearly marked “Expression of Interest – Smithton Senior Citizens Centre”
