Tender Description
Service of all Council’s fire detection, suppression, and related equipment and infrastructure (Fire Equipment) to specified standards (on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis) to ensure the Fire Equipment is compliant.
- to undertake the Services and maintain the Fire Equipment in a compliant manner for the benefit and safety of City of Melton residents and Council
- inspect, test, and service all Fire Equipment to ensure compliance with standards of work set out in the Specifications, including minimum standards of performance prescribed in the Victorian Building regulations and the National Construction Code including referenced Australian standards
- document records of inspections, Services, and activity using the Council's ESM inspection record system to enable the Council to annually report the performance of the Fire Equipment.
