Construction of the Kangaroo Island (KI) Ports Refurbishment Project - (ROI)

⁠⁠⁠The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced companies to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the Construction of the Kangaroo Island (KI) Ports Refurbishment Project.

The Department is delivering the Kangaroo Island Ports Refurbishment Project (the Project) on behalf of the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport (the Minister). The project comprises new berthing and mooring structures at Cape Jervis and Penneshaw, to accommodate the existing ferry vessels and the new vessels which are expected to be delivered in mid-2024 by SeaLink, the ferry operator.

The purpose of this ROI is to seek registration from suitably experienced companies (Registrants) to participate in the subsequent competitive single-stage procurement process. It should be noted that the ROI is not a competitive process.

DEED OF CONFIDENTIALITY

Registrants are requested to return a copy of the completed Deed of Confidentiality via email to the Primary Contact person jason.kohlmorgen@sa.gov.au as soon as practicable. The Department will issue the design drawings to Registrants upon receipt of the completed Deed of Confidentiality. The email should also confirm that the Registrant holds the appropriate SA Building Licence.
