Tender Description
Council is seeking to renew all existing technology equipment finance leasing arrangements used in the provision of technology equipment and is seeking the following:
- Head Lease Agreement.
- Schedules for leasing of equipment to be linked to an agreed financial benchmark indicator profit margin.
- Flexible contract term schedule options.
- Options to purchase equipment at the end of lease agreements.
- Options to extend at end of lease agreements.
- Package deployment options.
- Package return options.
- General commercial terms of the proposed Agreement between the successful tenderer and the Council.
