Major Events - Security & Crowd Management

Cumberland City Council is seeking to appoint reputable and competent contractor(s) for the provision of Event Security Services, Crowd Management, Risk Assessment and Emergency Management Services for major events held in Cumberland Local Government Area.

The outcome of this tender is to create a panel contract with a number of experience and qualified contractors to complete Event Security Services, Crowd Managment, Risk Assessment & Emergency Management Services as requested by Council. Specifically, this RFT does not include regular protection of Council’s assets, which are covered by a separate Service Contract.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a schedule of rates price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules herein. The Council makes no guarantee to the contractor regarding the volume of services required under this contract. All work will be on an “as required” basis during the contract term. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
