This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Work Health and Safety Act 2011 has established a set of Codes of Practice to ensure the safety and well-being of workers across various industries. However, there are currently 20 Codes of Practice still in force that were enacted under former legislation and now require checking and updating to align with the current legal framework.
To efficiently address this need, it is recommended to engage an external technical writer who specializes in drafting and rewriting such codes. By dedicating their expertise to this project, the technical writer can complete the work within a more efficient timeframe compared to utilizing internal resources.
The objective of this project is to update and rewrite all 20 Codes of Practice within a six-month period. However, it is important to note that the timeline may extend by an additional six months if extensive feedback is received during stakeholder consultation.
Therefore, the total engagement period for the technical writer could potentially be up to 12 months.
