Tender Description
This project is the final trail stage outlined in the Minkarra Park Master Plan. Upon completion it will link the northern and southern trail sections of Minkarra Park and provide a safe off-road connection for pedestrians and cyclists between Black Road and Manning Road. This project would provide a 2.5m wide multi-use trail/path and boardwalk as well as protective fencing on land privately owned by a golf club.
This project will also connect with the recently completed Happy Valley Drive Trail which provides a 1.6km link from Manning Road to Chandlers Hill Road. Together the trails will provide a 4km, safe off-road trail for pedestrians and cyclists.
There are two boardwalk sections in this project. While council will construct the rubble trail and fencing we are looking for a contractor to design and construct the two boardwalk sections of this project.

A briefing session will be held at Minkarra Park, CNR Happy Valley Drive and Manning Road, Happy Valley, SA, Australia, 5159 on 11:00 am 22 June 2023.
