Tender Description
Griffith University is seeking expressions of interest from organisations, assessed as having the capability to provide Cleaning Services across its five campuses. The University aims to forge a strategic relationship and is seeking a partner who can demonstrate that they meet Griffith’s requirements.
The overall objectives of the procurement process include but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively managing the service and ensuring the campuses are continuously and efficiently delivering to predetermined performance criteria now and in the future;
- Providing a quality contracted-out service delivery model using highly trained, qualified, and experienced resources;
-Proactively identifying value-added services and recommendations with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Resourcing and delivering appropriate responsive services to satisfy priority response times as appropriate;
-Demonstrating a system for managing WHS, sustainability, and environmental awareness related to the facilities across campuses;
-Demonstrating that customer feedback is actioned and corrective actions implemented;
-Providing a comprehensive and effective service compliance program for University facilities across campuses;
-Ensuring cooperative and coordinated activities with other University stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and proactively interfacing with other service providers to ensure that there are no gaps in service provision or operation; and
-Contractor seamlessly integrates with University’s computerised maintenance management systems e.g. Service Now, Archibus, etc.
