Expression of Interest - Sale of Grandstand Seating

⁠⁠⁠Blayney Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of grandstand seating from King George Oval.

Blayney Shire Council will consider offers for the purchase of these seats made before the closing date.

The EOI is not tender for the purposes of s.55 of the Local Government Act, 1993

Grandstanding seating with frames to bolt down to concrete.

• 40 sections of 6.5 metre lengths – 10 seats per 6.5 metre length

• Other seating included are as follows -

•  6.5 metres sections x 4 – 10 seats per section
•  5 metre sections x 8 – 10 seats per section
•  2.3 metre sections x 2 – 5 seats per section
•  1.85 metre sections x 2 – 4 seats per section. All include frames and brackets.
•  Also seats only approx.… 12 - 15

General Conditions

The seating is sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis and under no circumstances will

there be any warranties or guarantees offered.

The buyer it to arrange pick-up of the goods at their own cost within 5 business days of purchase.

The buyer must take all the goods and the items cannot be separated.

EOI must be submitted only on the form provided.
