Tender Description

Council is seeking an experienced and qualified Principal Contractor to undertake the redevelopment and reconstruction of Lynden Park East Oval, located at 210 Highfield Rd, Camberwell (Melway 60 F4), in accordance with the Technical Specifications.

The works include:

• Bulk earthworks;

• Installation of new irrigation and drainage;

• Installation of new synthetic cricket wickets and practice facility;

• Installation of fencing infrastructure;

• Installation of coach/player benches;

• Supply and installation of turf; and

• Installation of AFL goalposts.

Works are anticipated to begin in November 2023 to an expected completion by March 2024.
