Refresh Provision of Food Vendor Services

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers for the Provision of Food Vendor Services. Food vendor services include but are not limited to, mobile food vans, food vending services, temporary and market food stalls, fixed premises, off-site catering, and home-based food businesses.

NOTE: Existing Suppliers who are already appointed to ROPS 2784 Provision of Training Services DO NOT need to re-apply unless applying for additional categories.

Inquiries: Tender inquiries, questions, or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal inquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests, and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Friday June 30 2023. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
