Tender Description
The Department of Education through School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the Facilities Maintenance Contractor for 300 Schools in the Western Sydney region.
We are partnering with SINSW to procure tradespeople and local contractors who will contract directly with SINSW to deliver Proactive and Reactive facility maintenance services in schools.

Opportunities relating to Proactive works (Preventative Maintenance program) across further services will be released at a later date.
Submissions
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Enquiries
Request for Proposal enquiries close at 4pm on Thursday, 8 June and should be directed via the online forum. Cushman & Wakefield staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
Closing Date and Time
Submissions close at midnight AEST on Sunday 11th June 2023 and must be fully received electronically by this time.
