Aus4Skills - Leadership Capability Development for the Vietnam Australia Centre

⁠⁠⁠Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of the Vietnam Australia Centre on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is seeking proposals from service providers to design and deliver the following Leadership Capability Development Activities for the Vietnam Australia Centre (the “Activities”):

1. Public and International Affairs Senior Leadership Certificate Australia Awards Short Course for Deputy Director Generals and emerging Government of Vietnam (GoV) leaders;

2. Strategic Public Sector Leadership Workshop for GoV leaders

and

3. Contemporary Leadership Skills Training for GoV provincial and district leaders

To submit a proposal to design and deliver the Activities the lead business must be an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2023 Table A, B and C. It is intended that a single organisation (either alone or as the lead of a consortium) be contracted to design and deliver the Activities.

Proposals must be in English, follow the page limits and address all of the selection criteria specified in the RFT document.

Online Briefing Date and Time: Wednesday, 14 June, 10:30 am South Australian Time

Closing date for Registration of Intent to submit a proposal: Friday, 23 June 2023

Last queries date: Friday, 30 June 2023, 5:00 pm South Australian Time

Closing date and time: Thursday, 6 July 2023, 5:00 pm South Australian Time
