RFP Manapouri Vessel and accommodation operations

⁠⁠⁠Meridian seeks separate responses from interested parties to Operate either one or both of two business critical support services (for an initial period of 5 years from 1/7/2024, with an option for an extension at Meridian's sole discretion) using infrastructure owned by Meridian:

1. The Meridian accommodation hostel situated at West Arm

2. Meridian Marine services between Pearl Harbour (60 Waiau Street, Manapouri) and West Arm.

It is expected that the marine Operator will charter all Meridian vessels (current and as replaced) for the term of the contract.

The contract precedent will be added by 9/6/2023
