The Council of the City of Sydney ("City") invites tenders for the provision of pyrotechnic services for Sydney New Year's Eve in accordance with this Request for Tender.

The Event includes two main fireworks displays - the midnight fireworks and the 9pm Calling Country fireworks, which includes a smoking ceremony on Sydney Harbour, a Welcome to Country display in addition to lighting and projections on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

The Term of the Agreement is for an initial period of two-years to cover the 2024 and 2025 Sydney New Year's Eve events, with two 24-month options for extension to cover the 2026 and 2027 events (first Further Term), and further 2028 and 2029 events (second Further Term). The decision to exercise the Further Term options will be at the City's sole discretion.

Tenderers must provide detailed responses for all returnable documents. Tenderers must submit Tenders in the manner required by this Request for Tender.
