Expression of Interest Short Term Licence/s for the Management and Operation of Council Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest (E0I) are invited from a suitably qualified contractor, or contractors for the management and operation of one or more of three (3) Council facilities under short-term licences in accordance with the provisions of the Crown Lands Management Act, 2016.

The facilities are

1. Bingara War Memorial Baths, 4 Copeton Dam Road, Bingara

2. Warialda War Memorial Olympic Pool, 12869 Gwydir Highway, Warialda

3. Riverside Caravan Park, 6 Copeton Dam Road, Bingara E01 documents can be obtained by contacting Council's Community Assets Manager. Carmen Southwell on 02 6724 2000 or by emailing 6;:d mail@gwydir.nsw.gov.au Attention: Carmen Southwell.

Respondents must obtain a copy of the EOl documentation. E01 responses should be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed E01 Contract/s for the Management And Operation Of (Name/s of Council Facility/ies and be received by the undersigned before 5.00pm, Friday 24 June 2023.

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the E0I. The highest or lowest E01 will not necessarily be accepted.
