The project was triggered by the 2017 renewal list generation process. The existing DN300 PVC-U-S1 main was constructed in 1979 and its 40 year useful life was set for renewal in 2019. This tender is to construct bored piers across Lake Kimberly in preparation for a new DN300 Sewer Rising Main to be installed. Alternatively, and if the alternative offer is approved by TSC, the successful bidder will be required to construct the alternative offer provided within this tender to allow the construction of a DN300 Sewer Rising Main across Lake Kimberly.
