Statement of Work:

SPORTS UTILITY VEHICLE:

1.0 Overview:

The United States Government (USG) has a requirement to purchase a Large Sport Utility Vehicle.

2.0 Vehicle Descriptions:

The contractor to supply Sport Utility Vehicle, this vehicle needs to include all the following specifications.

2.1. Sport Utility Vehicle Specifications,

1. Right Hand Drive (RHD)

2. Graphite or white in colour

3. Width of at least 1950mm

4. Height of at least of at least 1950mm

5. Full sized 7 seat SUV – Toyota Landcruiser or equivalent

6. Manufacturer installed front steel bull bar

7. Climate Control Air conditioning

8. Power windows

9. Power steering

10. Factory window tinting

11. 18-inch Alloy wheels

12. 10 speed Automatic transmission

13. Floor mats front and rear

14. ABS Brakes

15. Driver & passenger front & side airbags

16. Rear parking sensors / Backup Camera

17. Cruise control

18. 4x4

19. front and rear dash cameras

20. Towing kit

21. Minimum of 3.2-liter V6 twin turbo diesel engine

22. Diesel particulate filter burn off switch.

23. Minimum of 110-liter fuel tank

24. Towing capacity of at least 3250 kilograms

25. Stolen vehicle tracking

26. Minimum of 4 USB charging ports

27. Downhill assist control

3.0 Warranty:

3.1 Manufacturer's standard

3.2 Provide name of dealer in Australia which shall provide warranty services.

3.3 Availability of in-country spare parts, service, and warranty support

3.4 Service Center must be within 30 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy Canberra

4.0 Vehicle Model:

Offering must be a make and model that is common in Australia so that the vehicle blends into the local environment.

Must be off road capable due to rough terrain that may need to be negotiated on operations.

5.0 Delivery & Timeframe Requirements:

5.1 Delivery address:

U.S. Embassy Canberra, 212 Moonah PL Yarralumla ACT 2600.

5.2 All items must be delivered to by October 30th, 2023.

6.0 Vehicle Registration Process with U.S. Embassy, GSO, Canberra, Australia:

The contractor is responsible for coordinating all the on-road cost, which includes Australian Capital

Territory vehicle registration. Prior to the contractor registering the vehicle, the contractor is required to contact with the Embassy (GSO Motor-pool) to acquire the diplomatic exemptions.

7.0 Australian Safety Standards and Vehicle Compliance:

The vehicle must meet Australian Safety Standards as per Motor Vehicle Regulations 1989.
