Curlewis St Streetscape Upgrade. Construction Services

Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of a Contractor to undertake construction services for the Curlewis Street Streetscape Upgrade.

A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by the Council is set out in Volume 2 of the Project Documentation of this Tender document. It is the Council's and stakeholder's requirement that the construction process will be undertaken in Separable Portions and stages so as to minimize the impact of activity in the area.

The Contractor will provide the scope of works described or implied by this Request for Tender (RFT). The Contractor is required to engage and coordinate all subcontractors as necessary and will be responsible for their outputs.
