Tender Description

Fairways Park is a premier park facility located on Fairways Drive, Kensington Grove in the Lockyer Valley. Fairways Park is an all-abilities park offering a diverse range of park furniture, playground equipment, turf and landscaped areas and secure dog parks that are highly utilised by local community and visitors.

This Request for Tender seeks an appropriately skilled maintenance contractor to carry out maintenance duties at Fairways Park including but not limited to the following:

• Mowing, edging, whipper snipping of identified grass areas; and

• Turf maintenance; and

• Garden, plant and weed maintenance including hedging, weeding, general pruning around park furniture, playgrounds, footpaths; and

• Safety inspection of park furniture, playgrounds in line with Australian standards, defect rectification and soft fall redistribution; and

• Maintenance of park furniture including playgrounds at Fairways Park.

The completion of the RFT Response Schedule will provide a pricing schedule for each maintenance activity required to be performed at Fairways Park through this tender process.
