Amentum Global Services Australia Pty Ltd is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) to all suitably qualified companies for the Vesta Renovations Program - Package 21 Project. Amentum will be releasing the Tender @ 2pm Central Standard Time (CST) Tuesday 6 June 2023.

The Offeror will ask in the Request for Tender for the bidder to submit a proposal for the full internal and external renovations including the demolish and disposal of all existing fixtures and fittings according to the Amentum Statement of Work, to include the following properties in Alice Springs:

7/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

8/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

9/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

10/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

11/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

12/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

13/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

14/175 Stephens Road, Desert Springs 0870.

If you would like to receive the tender documents, please complete the two Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) forms (included in this notice) and return to Vestatenders at vestatenders@jdfpg.net before 12noon CST Tuesday 6 June 2023.

Any NDA`s received after this date will not be accepted and access to the tender documents will be denied.

NB: Package 21-NDA, vendor is to complete the sections in BLUE. Please ensure the company name and full address is entered in the first paragraph then sign and date at the bottom of the document.

NB: Package 21-NDA SEC-F002-R10, please ensure the email addressed used is not a generic email e.g., @hotmail, @admin, @gmail, the email should have the requestors name in it.

Upon receipt of correctly submitted NDA`s you will be advised on access to the tender folder in On Point.

The tender documents including the Request for Tender Instructions will be uploaded to the On Point folder 2pm CST Tuesday 6 June 2023, you will be advised by email of this.
