Lake Macquarie City Council are calling for Expression of Interest to operate the Markets at Morisset Showgrounds on the first Saturday of each month.

Morisset Showground is a strategically open space approximately 800m from the town centre of Morisset, at 40 Ourimbah Street.

It holds significance to the local area, providing a unique combination of multi-purpose facilities and centrally located open spaces, within an increasingly growing urban centre.

Council will hosting an inspection of the site for interested parties. Should you wish to book an inspection please email morissetshowground@lakemac.nsw.gov.au.

Expression of interest should demonstrate the assessment criteria including:

• Outlining your experience at hosting markets or events
• How will you use the facility to develop the markets and benefit the community?
• How will you work in partnership with other stakeholders to improve the customer experience?
• How will you manage the facility?
