The procurement is for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of ETC Inc. Apex professional theatre lighting consoles at the following locations:

• Festival Theatre
• Dunstan Playhouse
• The Space Theatre
• Her Majesty’s Theatre

The equipment is required to replace/update legacy ETC consoles.

Lighting consoles are critical to AFCT production operations and must be of professional quality to satisfy expectations and demands of hirers of the facilities; and be compatible with existing facility ETC Inc. lighting control infrastructure.

The consoles will be managed and maintained by the AFC Production Team. The provider will be required to provide warranty and ‘back to base’ maintenance services for the systems.
