The Department of State Growth will be conducting a Request for Tender to engage a suitably qualified contractor to deliver an early works construction package to support the Northern Suburbs Community Recreation Hub project in Mowbray, Tasmania. The early works package will generally include demolition, clearing the site of rubbish and redundant materials, and limited architectural, structural, civil, hydraulic and electrical services works.
