It is expected that shortlisted RFEOI respondents, if any, will be invited to submit a detailed quote for the services in August 2023.

· A site visit is a mandatory condition of participation.

· The site inspection will be held at the National Gallery onThursday 15 June 2023 at 10.30am. Please arrive by 10.15am to complete the check-in process.

· Attendance to be confirmed by no later than 12 June 2023 at 5pm (Canberra time). Please email the contact officer (refer section 7.2 for details) with names and position descriptions of those attending. Each Respondent will be allowed a maximum of three representatives at the site visit.

Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions for Participation include the following:

a) The Respondent has attended the mandatory site visit.

b) The Respondent warrants they have:

o no non-compliance under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012

o no unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions made against it or its subcontractors relating to employee entitlements.

The Minimum Content and Format Requirements include the following:

a) Responses are prepared in English and are substantially complete.

b) Provision of Respondent’s Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurances.
