This Expression of Interest (EOI) is an invitation to submit a Response for the provision of asset planning, design and engineering, and portfolio management and program/project surge capacity services from a suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Respondent to partner with Icon Water.

This EOI has previously been communicated under the Project Delta market-sounding activities and notifications.
